Request a Second Opinion
Call us any time to trigger the start of the Second Medical Opinion service. A dedicated Australian GP will be appointed to support you throughout the process.

Collection of medical records
One of our GP’s will contact you to discuss your case in detail and collect any medical records on your behalf.

Review of medical records
An Expert analyses the clinical information, along with the information you provided on the first call and identifies the key issues.

Select the best Expert
For your specific condition, our team selects an Expert who is the most knowledgeable in their field.

Analyse the case
The Expert reviews the case and the supporting materials. Once reviewed, they will send an in-depth report with advice on your diagnosis and treatment options.

Review the report and share with your treating doctors
Our GPs will discuss the report with you, which you can then share with your treating doctors.
